Lucas Scott, one of the main characters in the show. He started out playing basketball with Skills and the others on the River Court. Then, the coach of the Ravens was led to him by his Uncle/father figure Kieth. Lucas started playing for the Ravens until he was diagnosed with HTM, a heart condition which prevented him from playing.He was also part of the love triangle between Brooke Davis and Peyton Sawyer.Lucas was extremely spiteful towards his father, explaining the idea he had of taking him down. He developed a new kind of hate for him after Dan killed his uncle Kieth during a school shooting.
Hayley James-Scott, Lucas Scott's best friend. She was one of the smartest kids in her high school, the most highly requested tutor and a rock star.Hayley fell in love with bad boy-basketball star Nathan Scott after tutoring him so he could stay on the team. After long denying their love for each other Hayley and Nathan secretly married at 17 years old.Nathan and Hayley did encounter some problems when Hayley left to tour the nation with her hidden talent of singing with Chris Keller.When she came ack they worked everything out and eventually got re-married, with all their friends and family present.They had a son named Jamie. Hayley went on to be a teacher at Tree Hill High teaching literature to students such as Sam and Q.After quiting, Hayley became the producer for Mia Catalano's record. Hayley has been the one for the group to turn to and in turn got her dream and everything she ever wanted.
