One Tree Hill is a show that started out with two different boys, from two different social groups, who have the same father.Dan Scott (pictured at bottom) was the star basketball player at Tree Hill High, when college came around and Dan learned that his girlfriend Karen (bottom left) was pregnant with Lucas (top left). Dan left Karento be a single mom. He then met Deb (bottom right) who he got pregnant immedately after with their son Nathan (top right).He accepted Nathan and married Deb but abandoned Lucas and Karen.
