Photoshop Elements 9 has an automatic out-of-bounds feature built into it. Every once in a while, it’s fun to do something different to draw attention to a special photo. In tonights’s class we will use an automated feature of Photoshop Elements 9 to make an object or person in a photo appear to step right out of the photo!
